It is up to you how much you get out of a session. My job is to provide insight and space for reflection. Your job is to enact the changes and healing you want to see in yourself.

INDIVIDUAL INTENTIONS
What is your goal for the session? How do you want to feel afterward? This is a creative space. Feel free to use your imagination when setting your intentions.

PRIVATE GROUP INTENTIONS
Set an intention for the group to receive exactly what it needs from our time together, making a list of any specific requests to present at the beginning.

PHONE SESSION ENVIRONMENT
Find a quiet space with clear phone reception where you can be relatively undisturbed for the duration.

DEVICES
Please turn off all blue tooth and sound for best results.

COMFORTABILITY
Be comfortable and keep legs, feet, ankles, arms and hands uncrossed.

HYDRATION
Be well-hydrated the day before and the day of your appointment for best results.

RESTROOMS AND SUPPLIES
Use the restroom, get water, tissues and blankets or pillows if needed.

FRAGRANCE-FREE
PLEASE make sure yourself, your guests and/or your space as Fragrance-Free as possible. I am very sensitive to chemical fragrances and could become ill if exposed. Essential oils are okay in moderation.

BE PREPARED
Be prepared to talk, listen, open your heart and feel things. Some sessions are intense and emotional, and others may take more time to integrate.

At the start of our session, we will discuss the reason and intention for your visit. Please express any questions or concerns at this time.
