Prepare for your Intuitive Phone Reading appointment
  • Be well-hydrated the day before and the day of your appointment for best results.

  • Set your intention - What is your goal for the session? How do you want to feel afterward? This is a creative space. Feel free to use your imagination when setting your intention.  
  • Find a quiet space with clear phone reception where you can be relatively undisturbed for the duration. 
  • Be comfortable. Use the restroom, get water and blankets or pillows if needed before the session starts. 

 

At the Start of your session:

  • We will discuss the reason/intention for your visit.

  • Please express any questions or concerns at this time.

During your session:

  • Remember that this is YOUR session and any valid requests will be honored. 

  • Be prepared to talk, listen, open your heart and feel things. Some sessions are intense and emotional, and others may take more time to integrate.

After your session:

  • You will receive a digital recording of your session via email following your appointment. 

  • Be prepared for payment by invoice immediately following your appointment. Invoices are sent via email through Square. Payments can be made directly, or you can PayPal the amount to shannonhernandezcmt@gmail.com.

  • Please share a review on this website, Facebook, Yelp or Google to help others with what is possible, what your experience was and what value you received in your session. Honest feedback is greatly appreciated.

  • Please note that there are no refunds for services rendered. It is up to you how much you get out of a session. My job is to provide insight and space for reflection. Your job is to enact the changes and healing you want to see in yourself.

Prepare for your In-Person Massage appointment

  • COVID prevention procedures: 
Call from car upon arrival
Masks/face coverings must be worn properly by all parties at all times
Handwashing required upon entry
No head, face or neck massage available until restrictions are lifted
  • Within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a COVID-19 Questionnaire with Essential Information about your visit. It must be returned before your arrival. 
  • New Clients, please print, read and fill out both sides of the Client Intake Form below and bring it with you. Alternatively, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to fill out the paperwork onsite. 
  • Be well-hydrated the day before and the day of your appointment for best results.
  • Please DO NOT WEAR or bring in any strong fragrances* to your appointment as I am chemically sensitive. Your session may be cancelled for non-compliance.
*Strong fragrances include heavily scented body washes, hair products, laundry detergents, fabric softeners, lotions, sprays and deodorants. Please avoid smoking cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigarettes or putting any fragrances on or around you before your appointment. Your session may be cancelled for non-compliance as I must protect my health.
Before your session:
  • We will go over your intake form, then discuss the reason for your visit and set an intention for the session.

During your session:

  • Remember that this is YOUR session and any valid requests will be honored.

  • Lighting, heat, pressure and position are all adjustable by request.

  • All sessions can be performed with or without clothing, per your preference. 

 
After your session:​
  • You will receive a digital recording of your session via email following your appointment. 
  • You will be invoiced for payment via Square email after your session if not paying with cash or check. Acceptable payments: Exact Cash, Local Check, Apple Pay, eGift Cards, Credit Cards and PayPal to shannonhernandezcmt@gmail.com are accepted. Tips are not required, and are always appreciated.
